Payment Policy:
Innovadrift follows a transparent and structured contract-based payment policy:
- 10% payment upon initial consultation to explore and clearly define the issue.
- 40% payment upon initiation and application of the agreed-upon solution.
- 50% final payment due upon project completion and final approval by the client.
Refund Policy:
Clients are eligible for a 100% refund if they express their intention to terminate the contract before initiating each project step. Refund eligibility clearly ends once each phase begins.
Privacy Policy:
Innovadrift adheres strictly to all applicable national and international privacy regulations. Client confidentiality, data protection, and privacy compliance are our top priorities, aligned with local jurisdictional regulations.
Terms of Service:
All contracts between Innovadrift and our clients must be formally signed by authorized representatives from both parties and approved by a local notary. This ensures contractual validity, clarity, and enforceability according to the prevailing laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
